AI Workflow Automate ("we", "us", or "our") operates the LinkedIn Copilot product and the website at aiworkflowautomate.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

• Account information: email address, name, and password when you create an account.
• Brand voice settings: tone, style, and content preferences you configure.
• Usage data: AI comment generations, engagement actions, and feature usage metrics to improve our service.
• Payment information: processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your full card details.
• Device and browser information: browser type, extension version, and basic device identifiers for technical support.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the LinkedIn Copilot service, including AI comment generation and engagement tracking.
• To personalise AI outputs based on your brand voice settings.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send essential service communications (account verification, billing, security alerts).
• To improve our AI models and service quality using aggregated, anonymised usage data.

3. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• We do not read or store the content of LinkedIn posts you view — we only process post text temporarily to generate comments, and discard it immediately.
• We do not post anything on LinkedIn without your explicit approval. You always review and approve every comment before posting.
• We do not access your LinkedIn credentials. The extension interacts with the LinkedIn page in your browser.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Railway (cloud infrastructure provider). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using scrypt. We perform regular security reviews of our codebase and infrastructure.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Railway: Cloud hosting and infrastructure.
• Razorpay: Payment processing (subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy).
• Cloudflare: Website hosting and content delivery.
• OpenAI / AI providers: AI model inference for comment generation. We do not send your personal information to AI providers — only the post text needed for generation.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
