Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LinkedIn Copilot and related services provided by AI Workflow Automate ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

LinkedIn Copilot is an AI-powered writing assistant delivered as a Chrome browser extension and web dashboard. It helps you generate comment drafts, track engagement metrics, and manage your LinkedIn brand voice. The service is assistive — you maintain full control over all content posted to LinkedIn.

2. Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• You must provide a valid email address and maintain accurate account information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Do not share your account with others.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Review all AI-generated content before posting. You are solely responsible for any content you publish on LinkedIn.
• Comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and User Agreement at all times.
• Not use the service for spam, harassment, impersonation, or any unlawful purpose.
• Not attempt to bypass usage limits or reverse-engineer the service.
• Not use the service to generate misleading, harmful, or deceptive content.

4. AI-Generated Content

Our AI generates comment suggestions based on post context and your brand voice settings. These are drafts for your review, not final content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated text. You are responsible for reviewing and editing suggestions before posting.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Free trials are available for all plans. No credit card is required to start a trial.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Razorpay.
• Daily AI comment credits reset every day at midnight (IST). Unused credits do not roll over.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, contact us at support@aiworkflowautomate.com for a full refund. After 7 days, we offer prorated credits for the remaining period on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of all content you create and post using our service.
• We retain ownership of the LinkedIn Copilot software, AI models, branding, and related intellectual property.
• You grant us a limited licence to process your brand voice settings and usage data to provide and improve the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Workflow Automate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. This includes but is not limited to: loss of data, loss of revenue, LinkedIn account restrictions, or any outcomes from content you choose to post. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not responsible for LinkedIn platform changes that may affect extension functionality.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behaviour. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
